SPRING SUPPER 2020

An intimate supper event showcasing crops from our garden and producers within ten miles of the estate.

Arrive in the courtyard with canapes and enjoy the bar before a quick tour around our walled garden at the beginning of its growing season.

Come in to the main dining room after for a three course supper highlighting what is great about the Lizard Peninsula. If you have dietary requirements do let us know at the time of booking so we can adjust recipes to suit.

Spider crab and radish toasts fresh herbs

 

Supper

 

Forage fed beef tartare

Bitter leaves, grabiche, toasts

 

Lamb from the estate

Cauliflower and yoghurt puree, wild garlic emulsion, purple sprouting broccoli, new potatoes with gentleman’s relish

 

Baba au rhum

Fresh local cream, lavender, hogweed
