The £45 six-course taster supper is designed to showcase what we value at our restaurant:
Puffed pork, mustard, smoked cod’s roe
Cured brill, grape, mooli
Lobster risotto, saffron butter
Native beef, kale, onion
Set yoghurt, gorse flower, hogweed
Aged cheddar, damson, cracker
